The spacious pool terrace is made of fine local Brac stonework, considered to be one of the best in the world.
Croatian Dreams has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It sleeps *14+ comfortably. Each floor has separate spacious living areas and terraces. The ground floor has two completely private living areas separated by lockable door. Both have spacious living rooms opening onto the pool terrace. One side has a kitchen and 2 bedrooms with bathroom. The other side has 1 bedroom plus bathroom.
The second floor has a large gourmet kitchen and open air living area with folding glass curtains opening onto the large terrace overlooking Duboka Bay. There are also 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor including a master en-suite with shower and tub.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen and living area which open up onto the pool terrace. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there is a second gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms and Brac stone terrace. One of the bedrooms is a master suite with a private bath. There is an additional bathroom on this level as well. The top floor has one bedroom with two full beds. There is also a study on this level. There is a private terrace with 180 degree breathtaking views!
All of the rooms have fans. On the property you will also be able to enjoy the collection of DVD's, bicycles of various sizes, ping pong table, board games, LCD flat screen TV, and prepaid Nokia phone.
The pool has a shower, lounge chairs, umbrella, outdoor BBQ, pool toys, and beach towels. Private stairs lead down to the seaside platform.
The villa solar system consists of two components: batteries and generator.
The house is wired on two separate electrical sources. The majority of the house is on batteries. These include lights, both refrigerators, all water pumps for hot water, pool cleaning pumps and most electrical outlets. The maximum peak capacity of the batteries is 3kW, or 3,000 watts. The batteries are recharged automatically every day by the sunlight. Depending on your daily usage and the sun during the day, the batteries typically recharge themselves to full with 4 – 8 hours of direct sunlight.
The second source is the generator. This is manually controlled by a switch by the front door on the first floor. The generator has a separate capacity of 10kW. It must be switched on to operate the dishwashers, washing machine, vacuum, ovens and microwave.
IMPORTANT: Even with the generator, you may not use the following appliances:
- Hair dryer
- Curling iron
- Coffee maker
- Iron
- Electric Kettle
