“Our upscale villas, awarded a 5-star rating by the Pyrénées-Atlantique council, are designed to fit in harmoniously with their surroundings. Located in Biarritz and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, these houses of 300 to 450 sq m enjoy ocean views and modern amenities including a private pool and spa access, as well as wi-fi. In summer, rentals range from 10 000 to 12 000 €/ week. Our clients come from nearby Spain, as well as France, England, Russia, Canada and the Nordic countries. While most are extended families, there are also companies that organize retreats in the villas. Service is of the utmost importance. So in addition to housekeeping, groceries are bought when guests arrive, and more than half of our rental business enlists the services of a cook. Of course, we can also handle requests for babysitting, a driver, surfing lessons and a rafting or golf workshop.
