Designed by architect Serge Roland, the villa Agatha provides a sensational view over the Saint- Tropez bay. This two-story typical house has a very contemporary interior with furniture designed by Natuzzi, Chantal Peyrat and Philippe Starck. On the ground floor, a huge living room opens on a fully-equipped kitchen, a study, an office and a dining room leading to a gorgeous 12-m swimming pool. An additional kitchen is located outside for summer parties. A spa, complete with a jacuzzi, a fitness room, three bedrooms with their own bathroom and a children room are also featured on that level. The master bedroom, with a private access to two independent terraces, is located upstairs, along with another bedroom. The basement houses a pool table, a bar, a home theatre, and a disco for the kids. The estate includes A/C, a vault, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, Wi-Fi access, a fax and seven parking spaces.
